This is "the bst day" of the year and is to be followed as in Saudi Arabia although Eid-al-Ad-ha can be later even one or twodays - as is going on in the Eastern countries like India Pakistan etc. because the moon sighting was on different day. Sacrifice is allowed for up to three days
But if they observe Arafa day on a later day it would be wrong as people who fast on this day , will actually be fasting on Eid day (which is not allowed) of so many countries like S Arabia UK and USA
I dont know how it is actually been promulgated or sdvised by Pakistani Ulama
But I kind of wonder about it
I have spent a day like this in Pakistan when neighbors would go round announcing
It is haram to fast on Eid day
