There are ll kind of tradions in names like India/Pakistan usually two names such as Nazeer Ahmad where person is called Nazeer. Then some have additional Surname like adding Qureshi or Farooqi Others have third surname in the beginning like Sayed Mustafa Husain.
I am writing only Muslim names but Hindu names are some more complicated. We know Arabic communities have their own traditions of names and some traditions of attchments like adding Ibn something or Abu something and they call it Kunia name
In the West there are other traditions such as repeating name in the family like Fathers name is Soloman and son's name is also Soloman except it is differentiated by adding Junio liker or adding a number like Soloman II; Same family another Soloman comes as Soloman III or IV etc.
Never seen a number as high as IX (Current President of China name, dont know its correct pronunciation)
