Movie-Fathers and Daughters

Nice movie (2016) but neurological mistake. Man has a terrible accident driving, wife yelling (the real cause of accident) and 6-7 yr old daughter in the back seat. Wife died (Good for husband) daughter survived almost unhurt and husband survived with some neuro/psychological disturbances He has attacks of right-sided " seizures" without loss of consciousness beginning with tremor of right hand (Funny, many writers do not understand left brain controls movements and sensations of right side of body AND SPEECH)  The actor does a reasonably good job . No scan no EEG and no neuro consult  made in the story and treated only by Psychiatrist/Psychologist (Presumed that Neuro did not show anything?)
Clearly after auto accident left brain damage was present and ignored by writer is a gross mistake especially because the man is shown to die after one such seizure in the end (Psychological abnormalities without brain damage do not cause death) He could have had a surgical treatment for seizures etc. (Even if movie suggests time before CT scan but EEG was available at that time and  brain scan etc.  in the practice of neurology had become common before the time of computers)
I feel that such gross mistakes are unpardonable (my instruction for the writers) and make the movie too unrealistic. Bollywood needs lessons from Hollywood - see my comments on Hollywood movies such as "awakening" with L-DOPA therapy for Parkinsons disease which I have personally, as a physician I mean, lived through.
