It is so distressing to see the news of legal and ethical problems in our country. Greed and inhuman disregard in carrying out this process indicating that Satan keeps winning everywhere. Criteria are all well established about brain death but circulatory death is also being used which sometimes even leads to improper diagnosis of death from heart failure, incomplete death and wrong diagnosis being used for procuring organs. Why would such doctors not be with loss of licences to practice medicine I dont understand.
Thats why I am so critical of the Americam Medical Association who should have and exercise more power to bring such horrible activities in medical profession. There has always been lack of enough available organs to meet the demands that always exceed but that should not lead to getting organs out of almost living human beings and the quality/sustainability of organs must be kept in mind
