Isbah wife of my nephew, Mansoor (Son of Bhaijan Meraj marhoom) went into coma after a couple of vomits and never made any recovery. A shocked family mourning today.

Sounds like Subarachnoid bleed?
More like intracerebral, she had headache, vomited and BP shot up very high with left arm numbness at the onset. She was around 50 and was otherwise doing well, just expecting to be grandmother very soon.
