The religion of Islam, its uses and mis-uses

 I know this is an unusual topic but here is what prompted me to talk about it.
 Well, you already know how Taliban and Muslim leaders of all kinds use "Islam" for their political ends and needs. How the terrorists use the same religion for their horrible acts of murder and ruthlessness. It is all in the game I guess
    Omar Shareef, the Egyptian film star who rose to Hollywood heights after movies such as Doctor Zhivago was a Christian but fell in love with an Egyptian Muslim actress and converted to Islam to marry her. However even after divorcing or separating from her he remained Muslim as fart as I know and did not reconvert to Christianity.
 More recently I came across another example, that of Dhermander the Bollywood film star most well known for his role in film "Sholay" . He is born in a Ludhiana Sikh family the name being Dhermander Singh Deol. Got married to a Sikh lady when young and had some children who are already well-known actors but on a film shooting fell in love with another (well-known) actress and according to Hindu law could not marry her so converted to Islam, now having two wives, one Sikh and one Hindoo (I have purposely avoided the names here). I frequently visit Wikipedia to know about stars and such personalities and so I discover such unusual things. Wikipedia lists Dhermander's religion as "Islam" that he converted to in 1979-80 , wow, the convenience.

     Now I am writing additional part 10/16/22

 My reason is finding frequent mixing of Muslim actors and Hindu actresses marrying without changing religion except that of Sharmila Tagore who Married Nawab Patodi and converted and her Muslim name is Ayesha as opposed to their son SaifAli Khan married to Grand daughter of RajKapur  Kareena Kapur (Called Kapur=Khan)

 SRK married Gauri and calles himself strong Muslin+ hindu sikh christian etc. etc. but Gauri is Hindu Children are both or none and yet he says he wants to perforn Hajj with his children even tho they are not Muslim (Hard to believe internet because there is also news of him with photo performing Hajj with Gauri). There is report of Quran Majid along with Hidu moorties placed to gether (aik hi taaq men). That is what bothered me most

 Aamir khan perfoed Hajj with his mother but his wife Hindu Salman Khan may have performed Hajj also with somebody but he has dated many actresses all non-Muslim. Those mixed children go to Mander for Puja as well as make Namaz. May be these actors do read Quran also, who knows

And I could go on examples of other Khans but Yusuf Khan (Dalip Kumar) with Saira Bano went for Umera in old age and of course Dilip recently died. His brother Naser Khan married Begum Para and they had Muslim Children though some married Hindu again
