No matter what the "modern Civilization" may call it (war on women by Hard Ball Fellow Mathews) the gender preference has never been given up by the Man.
S. Takwir 81st, Verse 8 and 9 "When the female (infant) buried alive is questioned; for what crime she was killed?" Then there are a host of ahadeeth where the prophet SAWS condemns the practice of female infant killings. That was the "gender-selection" of those days and Qur'an-el-Kareem rightly points out in very simple words the crime of killing whether it is intra uterine life or extra-uterine life.
The first mistake was to give authority to the women to abort at will. Now how can you tell her when to kill and when not to kill? I find it most remarkable that in all these discussions only the women are talked about as if they developed this 'tumor' on their own in the womb. the man responsible is found no where in the picture. Is that "woman's right?
I am not talking about medical abortions where the doctor makes the decision and not the woman. Medical practice has been "hijacked" by the politicians.
