Daleep Kumar at ninety

You tube is a very wide spread place and my visits for various older 'Bollywood' movies introduced me to Yusuf Khan (Dileep Kumar) making Umrah with his wife Saira Bano (Really beautiful daughter of the most beautiful face - "pari-chehra- Naseem of older Bollywood movies) and also seen him at his 90th birthday.
He was slow with typical Masked facies of Parkinson's (I do not know whether anybody made such diagnosis, probably just old age effect) trying to walk with help. Well I have kind of "grown-up" with him seeing his movies and enjoying his versatility of expressions and specially the "morose expression" of his face which brought him much praise and accolades in his career.(King of tragedy)
Both of them have aged very gracefully and it is good to see them together. Daleep Kumar the icon of Indian Film Industry and what a remarkable life he has had. Yet seeing his face now made me think as if he had used his face for so many expressions of all kinds as an accomplished actor and is now left with 'no expression'. On the one hand I saw both of them in Ihram during their Madina Munawwara visit and with a red "tilak" on their forehead on some 90th B'day celebration suggesting Hindu culture effect. A contrast so much representative of his name Daleep Kumar and Yusuf Khan

So I am 80 today

The great clinical teacher and
writer, Dr. William Osler said:
" Longevity is a vascular question"
I am glad he did not touch the more sensitive structure like nerves or brain because I may have not liked it. (He was surely a thoughtful fellow) Strictly speaking effects of age are more due to vascular troubles than from real decay or 'senility' of cells in our bodies. I am thankful to the Almighty for keeping my vascular system within normal (almost) and keeping  the 'hardening' to minimum (at least I think so) so that I can function and continue to enjoy what God has endowed me with through His graciousness.
Now I wait for this decade how it turns out and will see you all when I hit 90 insha-Allah
It is time that I should write my thoughts on some kind of perspective on my life but it requires time and patience and this time of the year (Islamic Year I mean) is busy. 4 days from now we have Eid-ul-Ad-Ha and we are spending that time with grandchildren in Maryland so it will be after that.
